1. Services
Next Level Aesthetics provides aesthetic, skincare, and wellness services, including but not limited to injectables, facials, laser treatments, chemical peels, hair removal, and wellness solutions. All treatments are performed by qualified providers and may require an in-person consultation prior to scheduling.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book injectable or medical treatments. Parental consent is required for minors seeking certain services, as permitted by law.
3. Payments & Memberships
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Memberships are billed monthly and provide access to specified treatments, discounts, and exclusive offers. Memberships are non-transferable.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
4. Medical Disclaimer
All services provided are intended for cosmetic and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical care. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Clients should disclose their complete health history during consultation.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of aesthetic services, all treatments and service fees are non-refundable. Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
Next Level Aesthetics and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
